Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Indian Trail, North Carolina. The clinic is conveniently located at 4514 Old Monroe Road, next door to Tooth Town Pediatric Dentistry. The office is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. This new location joins the nearly 20 Ivy Rehab locations in North and South Carolina.  

Dr. Michael Haas, PT, DPT, CAFS, DN-1, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Indian Trail facility. 

I am eager to participate in my community by giving opportunities to those that may be in pain or have injured themselves,” said Michael. “I strive to bring contemporary physical therapy and the most modern ideas that consistently are shown to produce clinically effective results.” 

Michael is a passionate Physical Therapist with a strong drive to help others and is passionate about serving his community. Michael is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, who during his time in service, participated in MMA competitions, as a member of the Marine Corps Fighting Team. Michael is a former world-level powerlifter and strength athlete that at one time held the California State deadlift record.  

Since completing his Doctorate in physical therapy degree, Michael has completed further educational training in dry needling, blood flow restriction, and applied functional science. Michael specialized in strength training, manual therapy, and orthopedics.  

Michael lives in Lake Wiley, SC, with his wife of 15 years, their 2 children, and their 14-year-old Jack Russell terrier.
