Ivy Rehab at Home is an innovative, home-based care program that allows our therapists to be there for your rehabilitation needs, both “where you need it” and “when you need it.” We first introduced in-home physical therapy services during the COVID-19 pandemic to support patients who were unable to visit a clinic. Due to the ongoing demand and clear benefits of receiving care at home, we’ve continued offering this service to ensure access to high-quality therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Everyone there is wonderful, helpful, very professional and it makes it very easy to want to come back to continue your therapy for no matter what it is for. My wrist therapist Tim has been nothing but awesome and works with you on what your tolerance and pain level is. I'm glad I found them on the internet and made that commitment to go to them.

The staff I encounter several time per week (Keith, Mike & Nancy) are always so upbeat and caring. The therapists are very knowledgable and take the time to explain the procedures regularly. Plus, they are very patient!

I called Ivy Rehab on Washington Street and the front desk was able to give me clear input right away about my insurance benefits. When I arrived for my first appointment, it was really nice to see some familiar faces from when I was there several years ago. The therapist I had in the past moved to a different Ivy location – all good signs of a decent place to work (I hope!). My therapist, Bobby, was engaged in my process and did great work with me. The support staff were all friendly and easy-going… I don't recall everyone's name, but they include Nicole and Jerry (the good music meister). I recommend giving them a try!

Leslie Bell is a gem! Attentive, thorough and kind, I enjoyed every session and made great progress on my wrist post-surgery. I was actually bummed when I finished PT because I enjoyed the clinic so much. Zach at the front desk is awesome too. I have been having a truly liberating experience. I can do movements I haven't been able to do in years. My Therapist, Cosimo has been so clinically and mentally effective at getting me back on the road I should be on with my overall physical and mental health. I nicknamed him "The Comeback King". In a matter of a few weeks, twice a day doing the exercises Caroline Trezona (Cary Green Level Rd location) set out for me, the shoulder pain from my 25-year-old rotator cuff rupture is all but gone. This relieves me from having to endure a surgery that would have put my right arm entirely out of action for months at a time when it would be an impossible hardship. I've returned to see her now for help with my age-and-injury-weakened knee (40-year-old ACL rupture) and again, in just a few weeks, my balance is very remarkably improved.

I am very happy with my progress at Ivy Rehab Granby! I worked with Patrick and the team made the sessions fun! Although I was working tendinitis in my knee, they were very accommodating to days that I had previously diagnosed back and sciatica with alternate exercises. I would definitely recommend going to the Granby location which was also 3 min from my house!

I broke my hip on 4/24 and had hip replacement on 4/25. After a few visits I was amazed how fast I got my mobility back. Matt and the crew gave me the exercises I needed to graduate from walker to crutches and then the cane. Its Memorial Day weekend and I've started walking without the cane now. He doesn't push you hard just enough to educate you on what to do to get your injury in the rear view mirror. Super friendly and caring bunch at Ivey, helped me immensely.

I had hurt my knee in a few different ways. I worked with Steven and he gave me a ton of helpful exercises to not only help heal the knee but to strengthen it so that I don’t re-injure the knee. It was very informative and gave me a lot of exercises to use in my daily regiment that will prevent further injuries.
