I was recently discharged from physical therapy at this facility. I am actually going to miss going there 2-3 times a week. The staff is friendly and truly interested in each of the patients with whom they work. I had three primary physical therapists who I spent different visits with–but there was no gap in communication between them. It's a large facility with many staff–but the staff work in a way that is very efficient and effective. The front office staff are welcoming both in person and on the phone. My case was a little complex due to recovery from severe sepsis along with balance, vision, and hearing losses due to a neurological event-and further complicated by cervical spine issues. The staff put together a plan that was comprehensive yet flexible and I was pleased with the progress I made on all fronts. I've done a lot of Physical Therapy in my life; THIS was my best experience ever. Give them a try.

My 15 year old son has been thriving in PT under the care and watchful eye of Ms. Jalina. My son started work working with Jalina several months after he had hip reconstruction surgery. I’ve now been to Ivy Rehab for three separate treatment courses after two hip replacements and a knee replacement. The staff there are amazing from the front desk to the therapists and PT aides. I also found their pick-up and drop-off car service very convenient. I most recently had Lauryn as my therapist. I’d usually warm up on the exercise bike and then have a number of increasingly difficult exercises to complete. Once I was warmed up, Lauryn would stretch my hip. Over a couple of months, I was able to regain full motion in my hip with absolutely no pain. I’m back to doing my usual physical activities, some of which are quite strenuous. Two thumbs up for Lauryn and the team at Ivy!

Currently being treated here, Everyone has been great here from the receptionist to the therapist and even other the other patients. I lucked out when workman's comp picked this place they actually treat you like a person and not just another workmans comp case.

I've been procrastinating giving this review, not because I was unhappy about anything but because it's one of my many character flaws. Actually it was a great experience working with Dylan and his staff! It was life-changing! I was hospitalized for over a week earlier in 2025, and was signed up for physical therapy to regain my strength and balance. With Dylan's help and encouragement, I've totally changed for the better. In fact, I'm in the best shape now than I've been in for the last 10 years. I stayed with Dylan as long as I could, and re-signed up as many times as Medicare would allow. Anyway, I very much recommend anyone to do their physical therapy at the IvyRehab in Farmville. You won't be sorry!

The best place for Physical Therapy! Mark Trimble was so patient and kind , very caring and listened to my concerns about my pain. I’m so pleased. Let me add the front desk ladies are so super nice ! Everyone is very nice !

They are great people. Always willing to help you with alternatives to exercises, scheduling and treatments. Brian helped me understand what muscles and tendons are causing my problems. Crystal is so friendly and helpful with appointments and understanding of billing. I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering pain.

I came to Northern Physical Therapy because of Vertigo which I had never had before. Lisa was so knowledgeable & helped me feel comfortable, she took the time to explain what was going on & showed me how we could fix it. She helped me out tremendously! Sherry at the front is so sweet & always has a smile when walking through the door. I would highly recommend Northern Physical Therapy for sure!

Today was graduation day. After 6 months of physical therapy I was able to walk out on my own. Prior to the fabulous work from some great therapists I was confined to wheelchairs, walkers and canes after some intense surgeries. Thanks to Jamie, Ciara, Marisa, Chris and Katina I feel great. Don’t hesitate to go to this facility you will not be disappointed. I have done several other physical therapy agencies and did not get the same results. 10 stars if I could.

We have had a great experience at Miamisburg ABC Therapy. Johanna has been fantastic with incorporating my son in the Flex schedule for OT and ST. She checks in regularly with openings and reminders to schedule. She is organized and proactive. Our son sees Ashley for ST. She has been a huge part of improving his social skills. The OT department has been fantastic with working on executive function.

My doctor could not have referred me to a better physical therapy practice and location. Dr. Baver was so incredibly a perfect match for me regarding concussion management therapy. I cannot say enough good things about Ivy Rehab. The team is incredibly professional, and my experience there has been outstanding. My main physical therapist, Chandre, is absolutely wonderful—my body is so thankful for his expertise and care. I suffered a stroke over 20 years ago and have had to do physical therapy consistently ever since to maintain my mobility. As a result of the stroke, I experience pain and gait issues, but Ivy Rehab has been a game changer for me. Since working with Chandre and the team, my pain has decreased significantly, and my gait has improved, which has also helped prevent lower back pain and waist discomfort. Chandre has been exceptional in his approach, always attentive and knowledgeable, and the other physical therapists I’ve worked with are equally helpful and have great bedside manners. The manager (whose name I’ve unfortunately forgotten) is also wonderful—very personable, responsive, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy.
