Every single person I have encountered at Theraplay has had my child’s best interest at heart. They are all compassionate, kind, educated in their field, and the love they have for children just pours out of them at every interaction. My son has been going to Theraplay at Bensalem Pa since he was 6 months old. He is now 3. The care that the therapists give here is second to none. Only one word can describe them, AMAZING. All the staff are amazing and so kind. I am so happy that my son was discharged by his doctor. But, at the same time my wife and I are troubled since our son will not see the amazing staff here. They are like family to us and they truly help and love your kids. They are so easy to work with and I can’t say one negative thing about them. Most importantly they have helped my son is so many ways. They have given us tools that I never knew existed which helped my son walk, talk, and made his hand surgery a success. They know how to deal with special need kids and were so kind to my son. My boy is autistic level 2 and he loves his therapist there. When he was having a rough time they comforted him so much. To the point that he could not wait to go there. Personally I think they helped him socialize more too. Please, don’t worry if your kids go here, they will get exceptional care. They will be treated with love and your kid, I guarantee, will want to come to Theraplay 😀 Not only are the therapists amazing but the office staff make your life so easy. Scheduling appointments is so easy with them. They work with your schedule too and bend over backwards to make your life easier To all the staff at Theraplay THANK YOU SO MUCH. You truly helped my son achieve things that he would have not achieved. From the bottom of our hearts thank you and we love you like family. The people at Ivy are hands down the best environment I’ve ever experienced. My daughter (8yo) worked with three PTs. Each one was an absolute pleasure. Anastasia was absolutely incredible to work with! I worked with her for four months, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist. I am a 72 year young guy in decent shape, and over the years have needed PT from time to time. Recently I again needed PT but instead of going to a location closer to my home I went to ALL CARE PHYSICAL THERAPY. I chose All Care based on a recommendation from a good friend. The staff is diverse, talented, professional, and caring. They take a team approach to my care so I always feel the constant attention and support. They limit the number of patients each hour making sure that everyone is getting the proper care and that everyone is safe. I find that I look forward to going not just for the results achieved , but for enjoying the experience overall. All Care is a very clean, safe environment run by caring professionals that get results!
My PT at Island Park , John Finneran, is also the clinical director. John is phenomenal, as is his team. You are always under their watchful eye. The team have a deep sense of empathy for what you are going through and provide support as well as encouragement. You are warmly greeted as you enter by the administrative team, and it continues with all of the aides and other PT staff. Warm, friendly, and extremely competent is what you’ll get from this rehab center. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! All staff are welcoming and have a pleasant attitude. The place is clean and well taken care of. I had the luxury to work with all three PTs; Joe, Heather and Dylan. They are knowledgeable. It was easy to trust the information they gave. You could tell they knew what they were doing. My main PT was Joe! Every single session he motivated to do better. The best experience ever! I went there for Pre-Hab (before surgery) and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I felt like family for the 3 weeks I was going. Is it bad that I am looking forward to my surgery because I know I will be going back for more PT??!?!?! If I can give a million stars I would because they are just that amazing!!!

Treated my 3 month old for torticollis. Easy to schedule, great check-in process and billing, and we loved our PT Emily. She also had a student that worked alongside her and she was excellent! Grateful for their professionalism, knowledge and time! People always remember to write a review if they have a not so great experience but always forget to review when they have a good one. This facility sees so many patients. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews in general. Would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend.
