Fannya Manchak, PT, MSPT, SFMA, DN, AIB-AR/CON, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Talleyville facility.

Fannya Manchak is a licensed outpatient physical therapist practicing in North Wilmington, with over 25 years of experience as an orthopedic clinical director. Throughout her extensive career, she has treated a wide range of conditions and diagnoses, working with patients from all walks of life.
Fannya has had the privilege of working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, as well as pre- and post-surgical patients and individuals recovering from various injuries.
She holds certifications in concussion management, vestibular and balance care, dry needling, sport-specific training, functional movement, and McKenzie techniques. Her expertise extends to training and coaching athletes and working professionals, allowing her to provide personalized, goal-oriented care.
A local graduate of Padua Academy, Fannya was honored as both Gatorade and Naismith Player of the Year for basketball. She earned a full Division I scholarship to Boston University, where she competed as a player and later served as a graduate assistant coach while completing her master’s degree in physical therapy.
