Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in the Edinburgh area of Chesapeake, Virginia. The clinic is conveniently located at 229 Hillcrest Parkway, across from Arby’s. The office accepts new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. The new Edinburgh facility is the 10th Ivy Rehab Network facility in Chesapeake, joining our other physical, pediatric, and ABA therapy facilities.
Taylor Tempesco, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Edinburgh facility.

Taylor is deeply committed to community well-being, delivering personalized care that prioritizes each patient’s unique needs and aspirations. She values the time spent creating individual plans to help them reach their goals.
Taylor earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the esteemed University of Lynchburg in 2022. Since then, she has mentored numerous students as a clinic instructor and pursued extensive continuing education to refine her skills.
Specializing in a comprehensive range of conditions, Taylor’s expertise shines in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and assisting athletic populations. Her dedication extends to areas such as fall prevention and chronic headache management, for which she continuously hones her manual therapy proficiency through ongoing education.
She has also completed the rigorous training required for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist program, underscoring her commitment to enhancing her capabilities for the benefit of her patients. As a Dry Needling Certified practitioner, Taylor offers innovative interventions that optimize motor planning and facilitate muscle reinforcement.
Beyond the clinic, Taylor leads an active lifestyle, exploring the great outdoors through hiking and kayaking. She values time with her husband, beloved dog, cat, and close family and friends.
