I am actually going to miss going there 2-3 times a week. The staff is friendly and truly interested in each of the patients with whom they work. I had three primary physical therapists who I spent different visits with–but there was no gap in communication between them. It’s a large facility with many staff–but the staff work in a way that is very efficient and effective. The front office staff are welcoming both in person and on the phone. My case was a little complex due to recovery from severe sepsis along with balance, vision, and hearing losses due to a neurological event-and further complicated by cervical spine issues. The staff put together a plan that was comprehensive yet flexible and I was pleased with the progress I made on all fronts. I’ve done a lot of Physical Therapy in my life; THIS was my best experience ever.
