Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in the Creston neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The new clinic is located at 1264 Plainfield Avenue in Kent County. This team of dedicated experts welcomes new patients, providing flexible scheduling options to accommodate busy lifestyles and accepting most insurance plans for convenient access to care. Zachary Eddy, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Creston facility. 

I am excited to be able to serve such an awesome neighborhood that my wife and I have spent so much time enjoying what it has to offer in the past few years,” said Zach. “Creston’s atmosphere is inviting and artistic and has a strong focus on small business support. I can’t wait to offer our services to this community.” 

Zach is a compassionate, driven clinician who strives to deliver his patients the best possible, well-rounded care. He understands the vital importance of genuinely listening to people to create a collaborative rehab environment that treats the whole person.  

Zach’s robust clinical background includes becoming a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and certified in Dry Needling. He also has extensive training in Manual Therapy interventions, McKenzie, Mulligan, and Applied Functional Science techniques. He has been a mentor for an Orthopedics Residency Program and enjoys treating various conditions.  

Zach has been in the West Michigan Area for the last six years and enjoys anything outdoors, including hiking, skiing, and spending time at the Lake. He is a big Michigan sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog.
