Josie Dilts, M.A, CCC-SLP, CLC, serves as the Clinic Director and Pediatric Speech Therapist at the kids’ facility in Fishers.

Josie earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology from Ball State University in 2017 and completed her Master of Arts from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. Her expertise encompasses infant and pediatric feeding disorders, speech and language delays, and AAC.
Dedicated to excellence, Josie is passionate about crafting innovative, personalized treatment programs that facilitate safe and enjoyable feeding experiences in addition to functional communication.
Outside of her professional life, Josie enjoys traveling with her family, testing new recipes, and training for her latest powerlifting meet.
