Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy has expanded its presence in North Carolina with a new clinic in Wake Forest. Located at 1628 S Main Street, just past The Factory, the facility is now open and accepting new patients. With convenient hours, in-network coverage for most insurance plans, and a dedicated team focused on personalized care, Ivy Rehab is excited to serve the Wake Forest community while continuing to expand across North Carolina.
Charlie Lewis, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Wake Forest facility.
“Since moving to North Carolina in 2018, I have been eager to serve the Wake Forest community,” shared Charlie. “I’m thrilled to be opening this clinic with Ivy Rehab and am confident we will provide exceptional care to our patients.”
Charlie earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Scranton in 2014, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. With expertise in orthopedic injuries, chronic pain management, manual therapy, vestibular therapy, and work-related injuries, he is passionate about providing personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their goals and regain their optimal function.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys quality time with his family, playing golf, and exploring new destinations.
