We’re excited to share that Ivy Rehab in Rock Hill, SC, is now open! You’ll find the brand-new facility at 1738 Celanese Road, Suite 102.

“We are beyond excited to open our third clinic in South Carolina,” said Rich Biggers, Regional Director for the South Carolina area. “By expanding into the Rock Hill area, we’re able to help reach even more patients receive high level, personalized care to ensure progress and help every individual achieve their goals.”

Tom Mealing, PT, DPT, MTC, is the clinic director for this new facility. In addition to being a certified manual physical therapist, Dr. Mealing is also IASTM certified in rock blades, certified in BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) Rehab, and certified in Dry Needling. He specializes in orthopedic/sports injury Rehab as well as pre-hab and post-surgical treatment. Dr. Mealing’s passion for Physical Therapy began following three reconstructive knee surgeries sustained through high school and college soccer as well as motorcycle racing. Following graduation, he worked as a travel therapist which resulted in opening a professional sports rehab facility in Southern California. While working with past and present Olympians, UFC fighters, Olympic developmental/Academy soccer, and AMA professional motorcycle racing, Dr. Mealing had the opportunity to build the skills required to get patients back to action in the fastest, strongest, and most effective way possible. He continues to work with the Alpinestars Mobile Medical Team providing care during AMA professional motorcycle racing events across the country.

“With several years of working in many clinical settings and running my own sports medicine clinic, I am looking forward to working with Ivy Rehab to bring a brand new clinic location to the Rock Hill area,” said Dr. Mealing. “The backing of Ivy Rehab allows me to bring new and improved techniques, education, and treatment capabilities to this area.”

Dr. Mealing’s experience on the other side of the treatment table allows him to be empathetic with injuries and the recovery process. He looks forward to bringing out of the box treatments to the area of Rock Hill with the growing athletic venues and aging population.
