Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence is proud to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Monroe, Connecticut. The new clinic is ready to welcome patients and offers exceptional care with flexible hours and acceptance of most major insurance plans. Conveniently located at 470 Monroe Turnpike, in the Stop N’ Shop Plaza, the new clinic brings Ivy Rehab’s trusted care and expertise to the heart of the Monroe community, expanding access to physical therapy services across Fairfield County.
Dr. Ashley Fedor, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, leading the Monroe team to deliver exceptional care and help patients get back to feeling their best.
“Being able to care for people in the community that has always been home to me is incredibly meaningful,” said Ashley. “As a Masuk High School graduate, I’m especially excited to support local student-athletes and help them recover, build confidence, and get back to the sports and activities they love.”
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Allied Health Sciences from Molly College in 2017, where she was a four-year student-athlete on the softball team and competed in the College World Series during her senior year. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2020.
Today, Ashley remains involved in Sacred Heart’s Physical Therapy Program, helping educate and mentor future physical therapists. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of clinicians as they build their skills, confidence, and careers.
Ashley worked in outpatient orthopedics for the past six years, with expertise in manual therapy interventions, dry needling, blood flow restriction, vestibular treatment, TMJ treatment, orthopedic management, and sports-specific training and rehabilitative protocols. Though she has experience treating a wide range of patient demographics, she has a particular interest in athletes at all levels, due to her sports background.
Outside her professional life, Ashley likes to spend time with family and friends and, most importantly, her dog, Dakota.
“Monroe is a community we’ve looked forward to becoming part of for quite some time,” said Regional Director Austin Bronson, PT, DPT. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to care for people closer to home and build meaningful relationships within the community. As we grow, our focus remains the same: supporting each person with compassionate, high-quality care and helping them achieve what matters most to them.”
