Ivy Pediatric Therapy is excited to welcome families to our new Dearborn location at 24401 B Michigan Avenue, next to Chuck-E-Cheese.
As part of our continued commitment to children and families, we’re proud to introduce Ivy Pediatric Therapy, the new pediatric name that many families already know as Ivy Rehab for Kids. While our name is evolving, our mission remains the same: providing compassionate, individualized care that helps children grow, gain confidence, and participate more fully in everyday life.
Families in Dearborn can now access a wide range of pediatric therapy and autism services in one welcoming location, with a team that works together to support the whole child.
Comprehensive Pediatric Care Under One Roof
Every child develops in their own way and on their own timeline. Whether your child is building strength, learning new skills, developing communication, or receiving autism support services, we’re here to partner with your family every step of the way.
At our Dearborn clinic, we offer:
- Physical therapy to support movement, strength, balance, and coordination
- Occupational therapy to help children develop skills for daily activities, play, and independence
- Speech therapy to support communication, language development, feeding, and swallowing
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children build meaningful skills and confidence in daily routines
By bringing these services together in one location, we provide coordinated care that supports each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Meet Our Clinic Director – Jansen Rodgers, MA, CCC-SLP
For Clinic Director Jansen Rodgers, serving families in Dearborn is both meaningful and rewarding.
“As a pediatric speech-language pathologist, I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful the right support can be for children and families. I’m excited to help expand access to care in our community and connect more families with the services they need to help their children grow in confidence and reach their goals.”
Jansen received her bachelors of science in speech, language and hearing sciences at Western Michigan University in 2019 and completed her Masters in speech language pathology in 2021.
Her expertise ranges from working with kids with autism, speech sound disorders including apraxia of speech, early intervention, and fluency disorders. She is dedicated to providing exceptional care and supporting families to facilitate progress at home with personalized treatment plans.

Meet Our Clinic Director – Kelsi Andrews, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Kelsi Andrews leads the clinic’s ABA services and is passionate about helping children and families achieve goals that matter most to them.
“Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families providing ABA services,” shared Kelsi. “I’m excited to bring these services to the Dearborn community and create a space where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. The values that drew me to Ivy, compassion, connection, and individualized care, are the same values we’ll bring to every family who walks through our doors.”
Kelsi began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 as a behavior technician, where she quickly developed a passion for the field and the meaningful impact it has on families. She earned her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and went on to complete her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. In early 2022, she achieved her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Kelsi is passionate about teaching through natural, everyday experiences and creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can learn and grow. She is committed to a collaborative, individualized approach with each family, with a strong focus on fostering independence and improving quality of life within the community.
Outside of the clinic, Kelsi enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring live music whenever she can.
