The clinic is now welcoming new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the community. Rachel Herr-Musselman, PT, DPT, SFMA, FMS, is the Clinic Director and practicing Physical Therapist at the newly opened East Lancaster location.

Rachel, a Lancaster County native and Manheim Township High School graduate, discovered her passion for physical therapy and sports medicine while serving as a student athletic trainer in high school. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Saint Francis University, where she worked closely with the athletic training staff and assisted Division I athletes in their recovery. This experience inspired her dedication to helping patients achieve their personal goals. Rachel went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Gannon University.
As a third-generation business partner, Rachel is eager to carry on her family’s legacy of service. She combines a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others to deliver exceptional care to the East Lancaster community. Her expertise spans manual therapy, orthopedic and sports medicine diagnoses, work-related injuries, and blood flow restriction training. Committed to excellence, Rachel creates innovative, personalized treatment programs that help patients recover efficiently and return to the activities they love.
Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and baking.
