I saw Veronia the first time and she was great. She’s local to the area, as am I, and she was very kind and personable. I had to bring my toddler to a lot of the sessions and everyone was accomodating, which gave me ease and the ability to continue with my therapy. Veronia was also my sons PT for some time, and really helped him with his foot pain as well! I eventually had to stop attending due to conflict of schedule. But I returned this year (2024), with an extension of the previous problem. My neck/arm issues were causing me much more pain and discomfort. I was primarily with Susan this time, but did have some sessions with Veronia and one with Nicole (who were still wonderful). For the manipulation/ massage sessions at the end, I needed my hair and neck exposed. I wear hijab and that meant I’d need to take it off, in order for the treatment. Because of the open layout of the clinic, there wasn’t any privacy. The staff was extremely accommodating, again, giving me a private room each visit for those sessions. Susan was very familiar with hijab too and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her magic hands relieved so much of the pain and tension, I can’t even begin to explain how amazing I felt after most of my sessions! And I still remember the one time Nicole worked on me too. I walked out feeling lighter. I wish I could attend sessions only for the deep tissue massages. Give me a time and place and I’ll gladly pay! Lol. I am very very grateful for the help I received last year and this year and had a great experience overall. It felt so nice to be taken care of in all different ways. Due to traveling, I couldn’t schedule or attend the last few sessions, BUT I didn’t need to, as I left feeling 95% better than I walked in! I hope I don’t have to return, and hope to use the exercises provided to continue to get stronger.
