Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence introduces its new location in Secaucus, New Jersey. Located at 700 Plaza Drive in The Plaza at Harmon Meadow, the clinic welcomes new patients. With flexible hours and acceptance of most insurance plans, the Secaucus team aims to provide care that easily fits all schedules. This new facility brings Ivy’s world-class care closer to home for the Secaucus community, ensuring residents have easy access to top-quality physical therapy in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Michael Lenart, PT, DPT, OCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Secaucus facility.
“I’m thrilled to serve the Secaucus community and its neighboring areas,” said Michael. “My goal is to bring the high-quality, compassionate care that Ivy Rehab and HSS are known for to Secaucus.”
With over a decade of dedicated experience, Mike brings a wealth of expertise to the Secaucus area. Committed to providing compassionate, top-tier care, he empowers his patients to embrace life to the fullest. Graduating from Stockton University in 2010, he attained board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2018. Currently pursuing a residency for board certification in Sports Physical Therapy, he anticipates achieving this milestone by 2025. With a focus on personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals and challenges, Mike ensures optimal outcomes.
Outside of work, he cherishes spending quality time with his loving family and two young children.
