Alexis Del Palazzo, PT, DPT, OCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Abingdon facility.
“Having grown up in Southwest Virginia, I’m thrilled to return home to further my clinical career and be near family after years in the Philadelphia area,” shared Alexis. “I look forward to connecting with the Abingdon community and helping people live their best lives.”
Alexis earned a Bachelor of Music in flute performance from the University of Oklahoma and completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Neumann University. She is also a graduate of the Ivy Rehab and Hospital for Special Surgery Orthopedic Residency Program and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. In addition to orthopedics and manual therapy, Alexis’s expertise encompasses pelvic health, performing arts, and primary care. Alexis is also passionate about clinical education, regularly teaching students and training other clinical instructors.
Alexis enjoys running, CrossFit, and spending time with her husband and three dogs outside of her professional life.
