Ivy Rehab is excited to announce that an Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence (CoE) is now open in Middletown, NJ. This office marks Ivy Rehab’s 200th clinic and is the sixth Center of Excellence in the network. Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), top-ranked in the nation for orthopedics for the past ten years, has partnered with Ivy Rehab to open this brand-new facility and feature a wide range of equipment and services with highly trained physical therapists. The Middletown clinic is located at 1167 Route 35 in the Middletown Marketplace shopping center next to T.J.Maxx. The office accepts most insurance plans, offers convenient hours, including weekends. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 8 pm, Friday from 7 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
