The clinic is conveniently located at 539 Eastern Parkway and is accepting new patients, works with most insurance plans and offers flexible office hours. Led by Alexandra Schechner, the Crown Heights clinic offers residents convenient access to personalized care dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the community.
Alexandra Schechner, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Crown Heights facility.

Alexandra Schechner is a licensed physical therapist with extensive experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University and is known for her patient-centered approach—listening attentively, thoroughly explaining conditions, and tailoring treatment options to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Alexandra’s expertise and dedication to high-quality care have earned her the trust of her patients, resulting in positive, lasting health outcomes. She stays current with advancements in physical therapy to ensure her patients receive the most effective treatments available.
A lifelong multisport athlete, Alexandra remains active in Brooklyn’s athletic community and serves as Head Soccer Coach for the Park Slope United team.
