Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in northeast Kalamazoo, Michigan. The clinic is conveniently located at 5460 Gull Road, in the same plaza as Little Caeser’s and Subway. The office accepts new patients, is in-network with most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. With a dedicated team ready to provide personalized care, Ivy Rehab is focused on serving the community and fostering excellence within our growing network of clinics across Michigan.
Tiffanie Svoboda, PTA, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist Assistant at the new Kalamazoo facility.

Tiffanie began her journey at Central Michigan University, where she first studied Psychology. She soon discovered her passion for a more hands-on approach to patient care. With over a decade of experience in various healthcare fields, including working with individuals with mental disabilities and serving as a Rehab Aide at a spinal injury company, her love for healthcare continued to grow. Tiffanie went on to graduate from Kellogg Community College’s PTA program in 2021, becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Her areas of expertise include Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, and Pelvic Floor therapy for both adults and pediatrics.
In her free time, Tiffanie enjoys spending time with family, walking her two dogs, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and playing and coaching volleyball.
