Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now serving Summit, New Jersey. The clinic is conveniently located at 469 Morris Avenue, across the street from the Douglas Infiniti dealership. This new location brings high-quality care even closer to home, allowing Ivy Rehab to better serve the Summit community and surrounding areas with personalized treatment and compassionate support.
Nisha Rele, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Summit facility.

Dr. Nisha Rele holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Her clinical training includes experience at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Penn Medicine.
Nisha specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal care, female athletes, sports injuries, orthopedics, fall prevention and management, along with neurological conditions. She is committed to enhancing patient success with tailored programs focused on personalized care.
In her free time, Dr. Rele enjoys yoga, wellness, half marathon training, cooking, travel, and spending time with her dog, Basil.
