Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Vernon, New Jersey. The clinic is conveniently located at 9 Church Street between the Vernon Municipal Building and The Crystal Cafe. The office is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. Dr Harry Van Dyke leads a dedicated team committed to providing personalized, top-quality care and expanding the Ivy Rehab mission of excellence throughout New Jersey.
Harry Van Dyke, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG, SFMA, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Vernon facility.
“Stepping into my parents’ building, which has been a community staple in Vernon for 30 years, is truly special,” said Harry. “As a physical therapist, I’m excited to give back to the community by helping people recover and return to the activities they love so they can fully enjoy everything Vernon has to offer.”
Harry earned his Bachelor of Health Science with a Minor in Holistic Health from Stockton University in 2018 and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rutgers University in 2021. His expertise spans movement screening, manual therapy, orthopedic diagnoses, pre- and post-joint replacement rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports medicine.
Harry has extensive experience working with post-operative patients, athletes, children with torticollis and developmental delays, as well as adults with Parkinson’s disease. He is certified in blood flow restriction training (BFR), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and LSVT BIG Parkinson’s programs. Harry is dedicated to functional exercise and strengthening, aiming to enhance his patients’ abilities to perform everyday activities.
Growing up in nearby West Milford, NJ, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and fishing. Outside of his professional work, Harry values spending time with his large family and volunteering with local animal shelters to foster animals.
