Conveniently located at 104 Towerview Court, near the Park West Village shops, this clinic offers a comprehensive range of pediatric therapy services, including speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Under the leadership of Kendall Harrington, a highly skilled pediatric speech therapist, the dedicated Cary team is committed to providing exceptional care tailored to children of all ages and stages.

Kendall Harrington, M.S., CCC-SLP, serves as the Clinic Director and Pediatric Speech Therapist at the kids’ facility in Cary.

Kendall is a proud “Double Duke Dog,” having earned both her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University. As part of a military family, she has worked in diverse settings across Maryland, Washington D.C., Texas, California, Virginia, and North Carolina.
Kendall is dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming care, specializing in family coaching, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and child-led therapy approaches. Her passion lies in empowering families and fostering meaningful communication through play-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
Outside the clinic, Kendall enjoys spending quality time with her family—including her two dogs—traveling to new destinations and exploring the local food scene.
