Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is officially open in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Located at 2035 E Market Street, between Martin’s and Kohl’s, the Harrisonburg team is excited to bring expert, compassionate care to the Shenandoah Valley. This marks the very first Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy clinic in the region, expanding access to high-quality care for residents.
Dr. Jessica Trow, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN, is leading the Harrisonburg clinic as Clinic Director and Partner. A native of the Shenandoah Valley and longtime Harrisonburg resident, Jessica is deeply connected to the community she now serves.
“Being a native of the Shenandoah Valley and living in Harrisonburg city for close to 14 years, I am thrilled to partner with Ivy Rehab and serve this community and the surrounding areas,” Jessica shared. “I look forward to helping our community members grow, thrive, and live their best lives.”
Jessica brings over 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal care and pain management. Certified in myofascial trigger point dry needling, she specializes in treating chronic pain, muscle dysfunction, and sports-related injuries. Known for her evidence-based, patient-centered approach, Jessica creates personalized treatment plans that reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young sons, and their dog. Together, they love the outdoors, whether it’s fly fishing, skiing, or exploring the Valley.
