Catherine Brewington, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Ashland facility.
“I’m excited to support people as they work toward the goals that matter most to them,” said Catherine. “We’re grateful to be part of the Ashland community and are here to help people stay active, independent, and doing the things they love.”
Catherine earned her bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and joined Ivy Rehab in 2024. She enjoys getting to know her patients, understanding what matters most to them, and working together toward goals that help them feel stronger and more confident in their everyday lives.
Catherine works with patients of all ages and has a special interest in helping adults improve their mobility and confidence through an active, evidence-based approach to care. She also has additional training and interest in treating temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), headaches, vestibular conditions, work-related injuries, and patients recovering from surgery.
Outside of the clinic, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband and children, taking yoga classes at the YMCA, and reading sci-fi books.
