John Grady, PT, DPT, is excited to lead the New Lenox team as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist.
“After treating for over 12 years, I look forward to working within my hometown community where I grew up,” he shared.
John received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay and has been treating various patient conditions in outpatient rehabilitation clinics. He specializes in orthopedic conditions and has vast experience working with various injuries including pediatric, sports, and balance. Throughout his career, John acquired many certifications, including Kinesio taping, Vestibular rehab, Functional Movement Screens (FMS), concussion/ Return to Play (RTP), and trained in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), dry needling, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE).
During his time in college, John played football at North Central College and experienced injuries of his own while playing. This allowed him to use his experiences as a patient to provide optimal care for his current patients. As a former collegiate athlete, John is passionate about getting people back to all competitive sports and recreational pastimes. He has achieved excellent results utilizing conservative and preventative treatment with patients of all ages and functional goals.
In his free time, John enjoys being active outdoors, playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife, two children, and their family dog. He is highly active in the community where he grew up attending Lincoln-Way East High School.
