Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Bon Air, Virginia. This new clinic expands Ivy’s presence in the community by adding adult physical therapy services to a location that already offers Ivy Rehab for Kids and Ivy ABA. Now, individuals of all ages can receive the care they need under one roof. Located at 2610 Buford Road, this office accepts new patients, is in-network with most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours.
Dr. Julianne Seitz, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Bon Air facility.
“I have strong family ties to Bon Air, as my family has been in this area for over 150 years,” said Julianne. “Having that connection is very special and excites me to open this clinic in a place I call home. I look forward to serving this community by helping everyone achieve their personal goals and live life to the fullest!”
Julianne Seitz is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals recover from injury and improve their quality of life. A Midlothian native, Julianne began her career as a physical therapist assistant, gaining three years of hands-on experience before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in May 2023.
While at Lynchburg, Julianne excelled in both academics and clinical work. She brings a strong background in manual therapy—including myofascial release and muscle energy techniques—and holds a certification in dry needling. Her clinical expertise includes orthopedic conditions, chronic pain management, hypermobility, SI dysfunction, and pre- and post-operative care, particularly for joint replacements.
Julianne has worked with patients of all ages and is committed to providing personalized care that helps each individual reach their goals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time on the water with her husband, daughter, and black lab, Bodie, as well as hiking and walking.
