The Lenox clinic is under the leadership of Dr. Tania Shiva, PT, DPT, who serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist.

Tania Shiva is a globally trained and highly accomplished Physical Therapist dedicated to delivering personalized, results–driven rehabilitation. With over a decade of international clinical experience across India, Canada, and the United States, she brings a rare blend of advanced training, evidence-based practice, and compassionate patient care. Her academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence.
Tania earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Delhi, India, in 2012, followed by a Master of Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, in 2017. She further elevated clinical expertise by completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Pennsylvania, USA in 2021.
Tania’s global exposure has shaped her into a versatile clinician with deep expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and functional rehabilitation. Her experience in teaching at MacEwan University in Canada enhances her ability to educate, motivate, and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. As a published author, Tania remains committed to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
Out of work, Tania enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. Together, they love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and taking peaceful trips up north to recharge.
