Then a helpful exercise program was started gradually adding new ones at each session. Eventually their nice variety of equipment were included in the program. The PTW Staff are a very friendly and knowledgeable group that work very well together. They are aware of every patient’s program and monitor them while exercising. They are also very organized in scheduling or changing appointments. I’ve been pain free for over 4 months. And if there was a day, I was running late I would receive a kind call reminding me of my appointment.Jamie T. – Who can ever forget their first? She was my first therapist at Ivy Rehab. She displayed a level of professionalism, attention to detail, patience and kindness that I haven’t seen from a medical practitioner in a while. Once I was told that there would be an initial assessment a panic came over me internally, thinking “$h!t” am I about to be asked private questions out in the open for everyone to hear. But that was far from the case, she discreetly asked me to follow her into a private area away from the group. Her attention to detail and treatments over my time with her led to weekly improvements after walking in with multiple post-surgery and service-related injuries. To be honest what I enjoyed but was stunned at the same time, was her hawk-eyed accountability towards her patients. At no point did she allow me to cheat myself while receiving treatment.
