Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy proudly announces the opening of its second location in Union, New Jersey. The clinic is conveniently located at 1230 Morris Avenue, within walking distance of Kean University. Under the leadership of Dr. Elise Burnett, this new clinic will bring Ivy Rehab’s trusted, personalized care even closer to the Union community.
Elise Burnett, PT, DPT, OCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Union facility.
“I am thrilled to be expanding in Union,” said Elise. “Our team is here to support this wonderful community and its neighbors. We look forward to helping residents not only recover but also achieve their goals and reach new milestones.”
Elise earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kean University in 2011 and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rutgers University–Newark in 2015. In 2021, she achieved Orthopedic Certified Specialist status by completing an Orthopedic Residency Program.
Her areas of expertise include manual therapy, workers’ compensation injuries, work conditioning programs, pre- and post-orthopedic joint replacement rehabilitation, sports medicine, chronic pain management, and Bell’s Palsy. She is passionate about developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals, ensuring they achieve the highest level of recovery possible.
Outside of her professional work, Elise enjoys quality time with her family and dog, traveling, and staying active through activities like rowing and soccer.
