Ivy Rehab for Kids has launched a new clinic in Lemont, Illinois, bringing specialized pediatric therapy services to families in the area. The clinic provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs. Located at 814 State Street, next to Petr’s Deli, the Lemont location is designed to offer children a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. The Lemont team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families throughout Lemont and the surrounding communities.

Traci Rzeszutko, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and pediatric physical therapist at the Lemont location.

Traci earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Governor’s State University in 2015. She has extensive experience in pediatrics, working in Early Intervention, outpatient, and aquatic settings. Her expertise spans children of all ages, including those with profound medical needs, torticollis, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, general gross motor delays, and orthopedic injuries.
Dedicated to excellence, Traci provides an evidence-based, individualized approach to physical therapy, helping each child reach their full potential. The most rewarding part of her work is witnessing children achieve their goals and seeing the meaningful impact it has on both the child and their family.
