This new facility is located at 243 Sparta Avenue, next to the Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy clinic. Jacqueline Falzarano, M.S., OTR/L, serves as the Clinic Director and Pediatric Occupational Therapist at the kids’ facility in Sparta.

Jackie is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with specialized training in feeding therapy and a strong background in sensory-based approaches for neurodivergent children.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Occupational Therapy from James Madison University before returning to her home state of New Jersey to complete her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Seton Hall University in 2017. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working in outpatient pediatric settings.
Jackie has played a key role in building and managing therapy teams, leading community outreach efforts, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Her expertise has contributed to the growth and expansion of multiple pediatric clinics. Passionate about family-centered care, she integrates sensory-based strategies to support children holistically, helping them thrive in their daily lives.
