Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Port Jefferson Station, New York, expanding access to high-quality physical therapy services for patients across Suffolk County. Conveniently located at 1055 NY-112, next to Giunta’s Meat Farms, the new clinic is now welcoming patients and offers flexible hours along with acceptance of most major insurance plans. Leading the clinic is Stephen Moser, PT, DPT, OCS, who serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist. Dr. Moser brings more than a decade of experience helping patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and regain strength and mobility.
“With over a decade of experience, I’m thrilled to use my knowledge and expertise to enrich the lives of the Port Jefferson community,” said Dr. Moser. “Helping people return to the activities they love has always been my passion, and I look forward to serving our community with dedication and compassion.”
Dr. Moser earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University in 2011 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate in 2014. He is also an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), a distinction that recognizes advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
His clinical specialties include post-operative rehabilitation, joint replacement recovery, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and work-related injuries. Dr. Moser is dedicated to providing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve the best possible outcome.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Moser enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new hiking trails, and staying active at his local gym.
