Matthew Musket, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Wyomissing facility.
“I’m pleased to return home to Wyomissing with nearly 25 years of experience, bringing expertise in orthopedics, amputee rehab, and physical therapy for all ages,” said Matthew. “I look forward to supporting the community with compassionate care and helping every individual achieve optimal health and function.”
Dr. Musket is a lifelong resident of Berks County and an accomplished physical therapy professional. He graduated with honors from Governor Mifflin and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, Summa Cum Laude, from Beaver College in 1999. He was the first to be accepted into and complete the inaugural Doctorate in Physical Therapy program at Arcadia University in 2002.
With extensive experience in physical therapy, Dr. Musket has co-founded the Westlawn office of Northwestern Physical Therapy, served as an expert witness in legal cases, and continues to work with infants in early intervention programs. He has designed and managed two advanced facilities for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and has delivered lectures both locally and nationally. Committed to education, Dr. Musket also teaches future healthcare professionals at area universities.
In clinical practice, Dr. Musket is dedicated to bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and patient care. He utilizes a wide range of evidence-based treatment approaches, including high-powered laser therapy, shockwave therapy, diathermy, dry needling, and blood flow restriction, to support functional recovery and overall quality of life. His practice offers flexible care options, including most insurance plans, HSA/FSA, and cash-based services.
Dr. Musket is dedicated to helping patients achieve functional recovery and optimize their health. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his daughter in lacrosse and field hockey, as well as engaging with his family’s interests in baseball, traveling, and exploring new experiences. His hobbies include visiting local vineyards and craft breweries, attending Broadway shows and concerts, biking, and relaxing at home.
