Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The new site is located next to Sam’s Club and across from Steak ‘n Shake at 2498 Wonder Drive. This office accepts new patients, is in-network with most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. The addition of this location expands Ivy Rehab’s presence in Cabarrus County, making it even easier for the Kannapolis community to access high-quality physical therapy close to home.
The Kannapolis clinic is led by Dr. Madison Legins, PT, DPT, Cert DN, an experienced physical therapist serving as Clinic Director.
“I am honored to open this clinic and serve the Kannapolis and Concord communities. My vision is to create a welcoming space where patients feel supported, empowered, and confident in their recovery,” stated Madison. “I look forward to helping our community move better, feel stronger, and live fully.”
Madison earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Hispanic Studies from East Carolina University. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and has specialized interests in orthopedics, sports, neuromuscular, and pelvic health.
Outside the clinic, Madison enjoys staying active through strength training, yoga, and Reformer Pilates. She also loves traveling, growing her plant collection, and spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and friends.
