Kimberly Attwood, PT, DPT, FDN, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, leading the Garner team in delivering exceptional, care and helping patients get back to feeling their best.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2010 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013, both from the University of Buffalo. She is well-versed in manual therapy, dry needling, exercise in conjunction with lifestyle changes, and modifying ergonomics to help patients achieve their greatest quality of life.
As a lifelong learner, Kim is passionate about incorporating evidence-based interventions to help patients with a wide range of diagnoses, from chronic headaches to plantar fasciitis.
Outside of her professional life, Kim enjoys spending time in the sunshine with her husband, three children, and dogs.
