The clinic expands access to high-quality rehabilitation services, bringing Ivy Rehab’s trusted care model to the growing Campbell County community. Conveniently located at 1068 N Fayette Street, the clinic offers flexible hours and accepts most major insurance plans, making it easy for patients to receive personalized physical therapy close to home.
Christina Bearden, PT, DPT, MS, COMT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, leading the Alexandria team in delivering exceptional care and helping patients get back to feeling their best.
“I’ve been a physical therapist for 21 years and recently made Alexandria my home,” shared Christina. “I’m excited to help the community reach their health and fitness goals and get back to living life to the fullest.”
Dr. Christina Bearden discovered her passion for physical therapy after overcoming multiple injuries of her own, including two ACL tears in high school and a severe back injury while working as a caregiver during her undergraduate studies. Experiencing firsthand how life-altering injuries can be, and how powerful physical therapy can be in recovery, solidified her desire to become a physical therapist.
Dr. Bearden has witnessed firsthand how compassion, encouragement, and skilled care can restore hope and help patients reclaim their lives. She is a certified orthopedic manual therapist who enjoys providing hands-on treatment combined with targeted exercise to support meaningful and lasting recovery.
Outside the clinic, Christina enjoys spending time with her wife, their two dogs, and their cat. She stays active through working out, martial arts, hiking, and camping, and unwinds by playing video games. She’s also a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Washington Spirit.
