How does BioSway work?

The Biodex BioSway system challenges patients to shift and control their center of gravity through interactive balance games and rehabilitative training strategies. To use the BioSway and enhance postural stability, you stand on a small lightweight instrumented platform facing a touch screen in front of you. Through sensory integration and various interactive training modes and balance games, your body will re-train itself to walk properly, improve balance, and decrease your risk of falling.
