Ivy Rehab for Kids is proud to announce the opening of a new state-of-the-art facility in Livonia, MI, featuring two specialized clinics under one roof. Located at 33111 Plymouth Road, behind Learning Tree, this unique facility offers a wide range of services, including pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care, Ivy Rehab for Kids and Ivy ABA empower children to thrive by addressing their unique needs through collaboration and compassion.
Meet the Leaders
Kristyn McGowan, MOT, OTR/L
As the Clinic Director and Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Kristyn McGowan brings her expertise and passion to Ivy Rehab for Kids in Livonia.
“I’m excited to return to my hometown and serve the Livonia community,” said Kristyn. “Our dual-site facility brings ABA, physical therapy, occupational, and speech services together, offering families exceptional, comprehensive care in one convenient location.”
Kristyn earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Occupational Therapy degrees from Eastern Michigan University and has dedicated her career to working with children. She specializes in treating children with autism, developmental delays, Down syndrome, motor challenges, behavioral concerns, and picky eating.
When she’s not helping children and families, Kristyn enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, running, and traveling.
Kayla Grabowski, BCBA, LBA
As the Clinic Director and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at the Ivy ABA Autism Center, Kayla Grabowski is passionate about compassionate, trauma-informed care.
“After starting with Ivy in Hartland and expanding to Commerce, I’m thrilled to bring our growing program to Livonia,” said Kayla. “It’s an honor to positively impact the lives of children and families in this community.”
Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience and Psychology and a Master’s in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She strives to support not only the children she works with but also their families.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys camping, spending time outdoors with her son and daughter, and cheering on Detroit sports teams.
