Ivy Rehab for Kids has expanded to a new area in Ada, Michigan. The dedicated team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists is passionate about providing exceptional care to children. Conveniently located at 6741 Fulton St E, in the Ada Hillside Center, the new clinic aims to increase access to essential pediatric therapy services, offering families the high-quality care they need close to home. This expansion reflects Ivy Rehab’s commitment to serving the community and ensuring that every child has access to the support they deserve.
Breanna Slagh, OTRL, serves as the Ada Clinic Director and Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
“I am truly honored to serve a community that has given so much to me throughout my life,” said Breanna. “Working with children is incredibly rewarding because they have an innate desire to grow, and I’m passionate about supporting them in that journey.”
Breanna, a proud Michigan native, earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and completed her master’s degree at Grand Valley State University. With over four years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, she specializes in a wide range of areas, including visual deficits and delays, concussion recovery for school and sport, fine and visual motor delays, feeding and eating difficulties, trauma-informed care, sensory processing issues, emotional intelligence, self-care skill delays, and developmental delays. Breanna is particularly passionate about using play and games as part of therapy.
When she’s not in the clinic, Breanna enjoys skiing with her husband, traveling, running long distances, cuddling with her dogs, and teaching fitness classes.
