Here’s what you can expect from your FREE Screening

• The screening will take approximately 15 minutes.
• You will complete a questionnaire and review it with a licensed physical therapist.
• The therapist will observe you (for example, your movement).
• You will receive an unbiased/objective recommendation on the appropriate next steps. This could mean recommending that you go see a specialist or your physician, recommending rest or simple home exercises, or suggesting physical therapy treatment, if appropriate.
