Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Berewick – Charlotte, NC is now open. The clinic is located in the Berewick Town Center at 4833 Berewick Town Center Drive. With nearly 10 locations in North Carolina, the clinic joins Ivy Rehab’s rapidly expanding footprint in the Southeast.
Chelsea Santos, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, Cert. DN is serving as the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Berewick facility.
Dr. Chelsea Santos has been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for six years. She has been practicing in the Carolinas for over two years now and is happy to call Charlotte, NC her home. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at San Diego State University.
Dr. Santos is an ambitious and compassionate clinician who brings positive energy into her practice. She enjoys helping many patient populations from adolescents to adults. She treats all orthopedic diagnoses in all stages including pre-habilitation, post-operative, and preventative.
When she is not helping people improve the way they move, she spends her free time working out, cooking and playing with her fur babies.
“I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to spread my knowledge and service to another area in Charlotte, NC,” said Chelsea. “I am looking forward to setting up a home base in the Berewick community where I can continue to provide the best care and enhance the lives of others.”
