Ivy Student Programs
Launch Your Career with Confidence
At Ivy Rehab, student placements aren’t just an academic requirement, they’re the start of a career. We partner closely with academic programs to deliver structured, high-quality clinical experiences that help students grow into confident clinicians, leaders, and future owners.
Three Ways to Secure a Placement at Ivy
We believe great placements should be accessible, transparent, and efficient. That’s why we offer three placement systems designed to meet programs where they are.
1. Exxat One
Ivy utilizes Exxat One as our primary platform for managing placement availability and requests.
- View real-time clinic availability
- Submit requests in one centralized system
- Requests are routed directly to the appropriate Regional Site Coordinator of Clinical Education (RSCCE)
- Faster confirmations and clearer communication
Placement Release Schedule
- 2027 placements released March 1, 2026
- 2026 placements released March 1, 2025
2. Ivy Smartsheet Request Form
For programs unable to submit through Exxat One, Ivy offers a streamlined Smartsheet request form.
The form captures:
- Rotation dates and level
- Specialty interests
- Preferred clinic locations
Each request is personally reviewed by our Student Placements team to ensure thoughtful matching and clear follow-up.
Access the Smartsheet Form: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/78a352988a6542d7a091ba977ddf7c70
3. Email Requests
Email requests are ideal for:
- Integrated Clinical Experience (ICE) rotations
- Unique or non-traditional placements
- Bulk or cohort requests
Our team will provide a customized spreadsheet to support efficient planning while maintaining individualized review.
