Washington Highway near Sonic, this welcoming clinic offers a comprehensive range of pediatric therapy services, including speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Under the leadership of Alison Clevenger, a highly skilled pediatric speech therapist, the dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional care tailored to children of all ages and stages. This new location highlights Ivy Rehab’s ongoing commitment to serving families across Virginia.
Alison Clevenger, M.S., CCC-SLP, serves as the Clinic Director and Pediatric Speech Therapist at the kids’ facility in Ashland.

Alison earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University. She is passionate about working with children of all ages, but she is particularly interested in working with children with Autism, literacy challenges, early language delays, and complex medical diagnoses. She is deeply committed to advocating for families and values the importance of building strong, trusting relationships through collaboration and connection.
Beyond her professional work, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her two dogs, Zephyr and Maggie.
