Ivy Rehab for Kids has expanded to a new area in Fort Gratiot, Michigan. Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists is thrilled to begin serving children in need with world-class care. The new clinic is located at 4455 24th Avenue in front of Kohls and next to Xfinity.
Nicole Schott, MSOT, OTRL, serves as the Clinic Director and Pediatric Occupational Therapist at the kids’ facility in Fort Gratiot.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Saginaw Valley State University in 2018. She is passionate about working with children and their families.
Nicole specializes in evaluating and treating children with a variety of diagnoses, including feeding difficulties, developmental delays, Autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. Her favorite aspect of working as a pediatric therapist is helping children and families achieve their goals.
Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, and camping.
