How Can the Breathe Free Program Help With Pulmonary Rehabilitation?

This program helps improve pacing and energy conservation to support daily activity and reduce shortness of breath through the following methods:

A combination of breathing exercises and functional activities, with a focus on pacing and energy conservation. Education may include the use of a device and a structured pulmonary rehabilitation program.
An individualized approach to breathing and activity for those with chronic pulmonary disease, with clinical guidance to maintain fitness and support overall health.

I got a lot of needed assistance and help from the therapist at the location near my town. The therapist were understanding and listened to my story to figure out what I needed and how to help me.

I am two weeks post total hip replacement. I had my first session with Steve on Friday. It was great! It made a huge difference in my flexibility, mobility and confidence! I am looking forward to the next session!

Highly recommend Ivy Rehab Kokomo. After surgery for a torn meniscus, I continued to experience pain and limited mobility. My physician recommended PT and I chose Ivy. I could not be more happy with my decision. My therapist, Tyler Schoolman, is the best. He listened carefully to my concerns as well as my goals and tailored a plan which kept my PT challenging and effective. I especially liked that my therapy visits were not merely a repeat of the previous visit. Mixing up the various exercises have brought me to a pain-free place of strength and confidence as my balance has improved significantly. The techs and staff are pleasant and helpful and the state-of-the-art facility is bright and welcoming. I love that at Ivy I was able to get individual attention and did not feel like just one of many appointments on the schedule. Tyson Schoolman and the staff at Ivy Rehab exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return should I need PT in the future.

I’ve always loved to be treated by the staff at Ivy Rehab. 2-3 yrs ago I was treated by Mr. Steven, who has now moved to I think to Florida. He helped me a lot in my physical exercises, and as a result the last 3 yrs I’ve been so happy with the results. 2 days ago I have had to get treatment again from Ms. Monica. Absolutely amazing physical therapists! Super easy to talk to and very friendly, work with you with scheduling, just overall HIGHLY recommend! This place is amazing! All staff are welcoming and have a pleasant attitude. The place is clean and well taken care of. I had the luxury to work with all three PTs; Joe, Heather and Dylan. They are knowledgeable. It was easy to trust the information they gave. You could tell they knew what they were doing. My main PT was Joe! Every single session he motivated to do better. My twins were released from a 4 month NICU stay with no feeding therapy set up after going home with feeding tubes and being told we were on a wait list. After two months of me calling and begging them to get us in. I called ABC and they got us in 2 days later and within 2 mins determined that they both had lip and tongue ties and referred us to a dentist. Within two weeks of going to the dentist our girls were off the feeding tubes completely. Heather Hensley is nothing short of amazing! She has given us the tools and confidence to progress them. At 10 months old we are eating baby food and using sippy cups. Words can’t express how grateful I am, I never leave reviews. But I felt like I needed to give the next parent who feels hopeless waiting on a hospital to take their concerns seriously. Or if you don’t feel like they are not giving you the support you need to consider calling them. They will help you!

When I checked in, the ladies was super nice and helpful. Marc was wonderful and really knew what he was doing. I was pleased with all of the service and can’t wait to go back again.

ABC PEDIATRIC THERAPY has been a God sent for our family. They have listened to all of our concerns and problems. To know we are not alone is very comforting. Speech Therapist Kelly is a true blessing for our two girls. She is very patient and very understanding of their needs. We are very happy with ABC, I am sure anyone else would be to.

ABC Pediatric Therapy has an amazing team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists. The dedicated therapists provide feeding therapy, AAC services, and Early Intervention, making ABC a fun and fulfilling place for every kiddo, and family, that walks through the doors!

Blue Bell is a nicely-equipped office, easy to reach, with expert, friendly therapists and staff. They make health care fun. My sessions are always enjoyable and effective.

AARON was recommended to me from my podiatrist for physical therapy. Many of the clinics in the area all open at 8 o’clock, whereas this office offers 7 AM treatmenta. This worked well for me to stay consistent with my rehab since I was able to get it done before my workday. Aaron was real with me about the timeline it would take to make things better and offered fantastic bedside manner and banter during the sessions. His estimates for improvement were spot on. He was also wonderfully supported by his aides, Josh and Sarah and Ebony at the front desk. All in all, I am an active individual who occasionally gets injured. I’m happy to have found my new PT office for all my ailments moving forward. Highly recommend.

Ivy Rehab Conshohocken is the greatest! I just finished a course of physical therapy for knee replacement and have completed rehabilitation there for other physical matters over the past four years. From reception and check-in to the technicians and therapists, all are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and fully helpful. Adam, Emily and Tyler went beyond my expectations for physical therapy, treating the whole person and addressing the inter-relatedness of injuries to functions, feelings and well-being. I would never have thought of wound care for the incision, massaging it to break up scar tissue! I have not had a bad experience at other facilities, but am completely satisfied with treatment at this E. Hector Street branch of Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy. Full recovery!
