Excellent4.8 review us on ★★★★★ This was my first time going to a physical therapy place and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. James and Paige are excellent PTs and they really listen to what you are experiencing and are very professional. The aides and office staff are excellent as well and are very thorough and accommodating with your schedule. The facility is very clean and well kept. Highly recommend for anyone looking for physical therapy!!Response from the ownerHi Matthew- we are happy that you have had such a great experience here at Maximum Performance and felt that all your questions and concerns were addressed during your sessions. We appreciate the review, and please feel free to reach out to us in the future should you have any questions moving forward- thank you!!! ★★★★★ Incredible staff @ Southeastern! The amount of improvement my child has made has been astounding. We’ve tried other therapy programs for my child with autism but this is by far the best. ★★★★★ If you have any aches and pains you have to come see Dr. Mike! Did you know you can start physical therapy today without a script from a doctor? I wouldn’t be able to function without Dr. Mike!!Response from the ownerIt’s great to hear this feedback! I was having knee/hip pain that is gone now. He is very patient and explains what each exercise helps with. I highly recommend!Response from the ownerThat’s wonderful to hear – thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Caledonia ★★★★★ Aaron and John were amazing and helped me work through a few longstanding issues with my back and hamstrings. They were persistent in tracking progress and adjusting my program until we landed on something that worked and was sustainable. The vibe in the office is great. It’s clear that they are incredibly knowledgeable, they love to share that knowledge with patients, and they truly want everyone to have a good outcome. Highly recommended.Response from the ownerIt’s great to hear this feedback! Thank you for taking the time to share your review! – The team at Excel Physical Therapy, Westfield ★★★★★ Huge thanks to Shreya and the rest of the Park Sports Physical Therapy team for helping rehabilitate my bicep back to a full recovery (after a distal bicep tear surgery). The entire team was incredibly caring and supportive throughout the process. It was also easy to work with the team to find times that matched my schedule. Facility is also very clean and modern, with easy access to the L train. Highly recommend!Response from the ownerWe value your feedback, thank you for your kind words! – The team at Park Sports, Brooklyn! ★★★★★ I recently went to Excel PT for neck issues from working out that started causing really bad headaches 24/7. Aaron, John, and Josh were awesome and had me feeling normal again. Can’t thank them enough and they are awesome peopleResponse from the ownerThat’s wonderful to hear – thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! – The team at Excel Physical Therapy, Westfield ★★★★★ I cannot recommend highly enough! I’ve been seeing Matthew for almost two years before and after a surgery. First at the Clinton Hill location and now at his own location here, Matthew has provided some of the best care I’ve had across the decade I have been in and out of PT. He always checks in during visits and modifies if you are feeling down, or pushes you to increase or try new things to accelerate recovery (even if you are hesitating!) Matthew has gone above and beyond – after bad days, he has sent personal follow up check ins between visits that have been deeply appreciated.Zach at reception is also wonderful, so helpful in working with you through the often stressful process of dealing with insurance, prescriptions, etc. And always with a smile!I’m glad to be able to move on from PT but if I ever need to go back there is no question that I will come back here!Response from the ownerThank you so much for sharing your thoughts, we appreciate you! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Brooklyn – Fort Greene ★★★★★ I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Ellis and Megan for various issues, including rehab after my reconstructive knee surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with my progress. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. Emmanuel at the front desk is a standout—always friendly and ready to help, which really makes the whole process smoother. Plus, the assistants Tyra and Emilia are fantastic too, always supportive and attentive. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing physical therapy!Response from the ownerWe value your feedback, thank you for your kind words! – The team at Park Sports Physical Therapy, Brooklyn – Williamsburg ★★★★★ Mike is the best in the business! He’s personable, caring and always does what’s best for his patients. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but if he’s not an expert in a specific area, he will do his research to get answers. He even follows up. It was a refreshing experience at Ivy Rehab with Mike. Amazing having someone who’s good at what they do, but most importantly someone who cares.Response from the ownerWe value your feedback, thank you for your kind words! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Indian Trail ★★★★★ Just finished an excellent few weeks PT with Dan and Matt in the Dekalb Bluebell (near Giant) location. Ryan at the desk was super professional. Very well run location and successful, energizing and fun experience. Thanks for the help!Response from the ownerThank you for sharing this with us! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Blue Bell – South ★★★★★ After my shoulder surgery, when I had to pick a place to go for my PT, I wasn’t sure where to go. I really was only aware of the chain places, like ATI and Athletico. But I couldn’t drive for about a month so I chose PTSIR in Orland Park because I thought, if for some reason my wife was not available to drive me, it’s only about a 2 mile walk. I could do that.Sometimes you’re smart and sometimes you’re just lucky. Here I was lucky. This place, and these people, are outstanding. Personable, professional, & proficient in the science/art of PT. People had told me: “keep up with your therapy. You’re gonna hate it but you gotta keep going.” I got news for you. I didn’t hate it. I actually enjoyed it.Why?1. It’s working. I have about 75% mobility & strength back in my shoulder.2. These people, Melanie & Linda, they are so engaged in your situation and your progress and so friendly that we actually have conversations and laugh. It’s hard sometimes to show your vulnerabilities (even tho it’s a result of surgery) to strangers. They made it easy.I went to another place about 18 months ago, before surgery was decided. And they were good…friendly, seemed competent. But not nearly as engaged or invested in how I was progressing. Again, they were fine. But on a scale of 1 to Mel, they were like a 2.So thank you Linda for being so friendly and open and helpful. And thank you Mel. You have been simply wonderful. ★★★★★ This place is clean and professional. Very knowledgeable. I went in for a shoulder issue.Jamie saw me and ran me through numerous tests and motions to get figured out what I had going on. She created a plan for me to strengthen it. She came up with exercises I hadn’t considered. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The rest of the staff is warm and welcoming from start to finish as well. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at this location and I’ll be coming here again in the future as needed.Response from the ownerThank you so much for sharing your thoughts, we appreciate you! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Chesapeake – South Norfolk ★★★★★ Ivy Rehab (and Meryl Goldstein specifically) saved me. She is focused, empathetic, pragmatic and deeply knowledgable. She quickly zeroed in my on problems, worked up a strategy and helped me execute a sensible, doable plan to get me back in shape. So far, Meryl has rehabilitated my shoulder, my wife’s foot and my sister’s knees. Hope I never need PT again, but if I do I know who to see.Response from the ownerIt’s great to hear this feedback! Thank you for taking the time to share your review! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Philadelphia – Center City ★★★★★ Katherine and Christian are absolutely amazing! They not only addressed the pain in my feet, but considered my alignment overall, factoring in my hips and knees as well. If I need any PT in the future, I will definitely want to come back here.Response from the ownerThank you so much for your positive feedback, it means the world to us! – The team at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Norfolk – Granby ★★★★★ I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. I went there on my wife’s lead after she went for hip therapy. I went for knee soreness/weakness. The thing which impressed so much is their adaptability and creativity. I went for about 25 sessions and NEVER did the same session twice. They crafted the workout based on how I was feeling that day. They always kept it fresh which kept me engaged. As a result of their therapy, the knee got better and I’ve played golf, carrying my bag, relatively pain free.Steve and Matt are excellent and they create a fantastic environment in which to rehab. I hope I don’t need their expertise again, but if I do, this will be my place of choice.Keep up the great work, guys, and Emily! And thanks for all you did!Response from the ownerThank you for sharing this with us! – The team at Ivy Rehab, Blue Bell – South ★★★★★ I have nothing but nice things to say about the folks at Excel. When I came in my back was so bad I couldn’t touch my toes. I left in terrific shape and would go back for any future need.Response from the ownerThanks so much for sharing! We’re so glad to hear that you’re feeling better. Be well. ★★★★★ The best experience ever! I went there for Pre-Hab (before surgery) and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I felt like family for the 3 weeks I was going. Is it bad that I am looking forward to my surgery because I know I will be going back for more PT??!?!?! If I can give a million stars I would because they are just that amazing!!!Response from the ownerKristin- We are so happy that you felt like part of the Maximum Performance family as we hope all our patients do! You will be in good hands for your post-op recovery and we will work with you towards achieving your post op goals! A million stars!!???? This may be our highest rating ever! LOL ★★★★★ Great place. Well organized and the perfect place to rehab if you want a place that will treat your condition with consideration the right way. Lori, my child’s physical therapist, has been a blessing for our family. It’s has been great to have a therapist who actually cares about the patient and gives detailed effort. You can tell the difference instead of being treated by someone who is just there for the paycheck and treats you like any other random patient. ★★★★★ I had an injury prior coming to excel. The staff who helped out to get me back to where I am now played a major role so I can go back to playing how I use to play. Thanks to Werner and Cosimos for helping me outResponse from the ownerThank you for your kind words; we appreciate your feedback! – The team at Excel Physical Therapy, Hackensack js_loader
