4 stars for the front desk lady that helped me out and the speech therapist. 1 star gone because my child gets nervous at doctors offices and this being his first time he didn’t know what was going on so he was crying. The other front desk (older lady) was giving us a judgmental look and i could see her mouthing the words “what in the world.” after my son went to the back, he was perfectly fine and didn’t want to leave, but she definitely made me very uncomfortable and as for this place to be a place to help kids, I’d like to think that people who work there wouldn’t be so quick to judge and make faces when things happen. Other than that, my son enjoyed his first visit and I can’t wait to see how much he learns!!

The treatment I have received is effective. The therapists understand what therapy I need for recovery and for my occupation. I feel myself getting stronger with every session.

The PT is very knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff are very helpful about making or changing appointments. The fact that there’s access to Club Fit equipment if needed is great.

WE LOVE ABC!! I literally can not say enough POSITIVE things about this place! I went PTW to treat my TMJ. I have been experiencing ear pressure for years and thought I had a hearing problem. Dr. Becker, an ENT, diagnosed TMJ and recommended PTW. Honestly I was unsure. I had ear trouble, not jaw trouble, but I was willing to try. I drove almost an hour to N. Wales from Delaware County to receive treatment. Catherine Grumbein did my intake and most of my therapy. She was amazing. She pointed out simple changes I could make in my behaviors and exercises to reduce my discomfort. Who knew that my resting tongue position was wrong? I didn't even know there was a right way to rest your tongue. In a little over 2 months I went from 26 degree rotation of my neck laterally to over 40 degrees. Catie and the whole PTW team were amazing. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate the hard work and care that I received from the whole team. Shout out to Lauren, Andrew, Ryan, et al. Thank you.

Outstanding staff, from Kida at the front desk to the entire team. AK and his team are professional and caring. They work with patients to achieve the patient’s goals, not just to resolve an issue. The issue may be a strained muscle or sprained joint but the patient’s goal is to get back on the course, court, or playground. They will get you there.

I was a patient here for dry needling and manipulation, and I'm so glad I came.
