I am extremely happy I chose PTW in North Wales, for my PT therapy. Prior to my first visit, I was a little nervous as I recently had a cervical fusion with hardware implanted. Lauren took the time to understand my situation/concerns and did a great job showing her deep knowledge of how to treat this type of condition. This place is incredible! The entire staff is so nice. The therapists are just amazing. My granddaughter is 1 1/2 yr old and autistic. In only a few months of therapy we’ve seen such wonderful progress with Aliyah. She can do simple sign language, better interaction with us and more eye contact. She’s finally eating more too. The best part of all, Aliyah loves, loves, LOVES going there! I’m just so grateful the scheduling staff has been flexible since it’s been a particularly rough year for us. I was diagnosed with benign positional vertigo, Matt was professional, efficient and most of all, very knowledgeable about my ailment. I am incredibly satisfied with the care and attention I received at PTW. I worked primarily with Samantha for my month and a half long treatment for lower back pain. I am an avid weightlifter and I wanted a PT who was familiar with weightlifters and could get me back in the gym. Sam was able to help eliminate my back pain and learn new techniques to manage nerve pain all with the end goal in mind of getting me back into weightlifting form. Sam had a great plan in place in order for me to meet my goals and was able to address any questions or concerns I had during my journey. The CoVid-19 precautions that PTW had in place were outstanding! Everyone must wear masks at all times and the equipment is meticulously cleaned after every patient. Commonly used machines like the treadmill will have signs on them that say sanitized to let people know it has been cleaned before their use. PTW and the therapists are going above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable during these CoVid-19 times. The number of patients in the facility will vary depending on the time of day but everyone has more than 6 feet between them. Most of the time it was just myself and Sam in the facility. I would definitely recommend PTW to anyone looking for a physical therapist. The care I received was incredible and I know if anything ever comes up I can go back to have my needs met.

My experience at Ivy rehab was excellent! I went from a wheelchair to a walker and now I am able to use a cane.John and his staff of skilled therapists were welcoming and supportive.I worked primarily with Joe who helped me improve my range of motion on my left ankle after 3 surgeries. I have had 2 PT people from Excel for my post left shoulder replacement surgery and they are both excellent … Lauren and Natasha … they are fantastic .. first with Lauren and now finishing with Natasha .. it is back to "normal" after years of being totally unable to perform .. I highly recommend Natasha for her excellent work .. This is the best PT place I have ever been too, and I have been to PT quite a few times. The staff there are always positive, wanting to get to know you and genuinely care about your well being. Physical therapy is a tricky practice to get right but Park Sports was actually exceptional. Workouts were personalized but the entire atmosphere feels social and friendly. All types of injuries and patients getting better at the same time. I worked with Megan for most of my sessions (although everyone there is great) and she was phenomenal at treating my torn MCL. Idk if it’s relevant but she is from upstate NY and loves musicals which I’m mostly adding so you know that I didn’t write this with AI.
