Little Steps Pediatric Therapy, an Ivy Rehab for Kids partner, is now open in Algonquin, IL. This new facility is located in front of the Algonquin Post Office at 1554 E Algonquin Avenue. Little Steps Pediatric Therapy provides a wide range of pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services with highly trained therapists to provide world-class care.       

We have created a warm, caring, and fun environment that will exceed expectations. This facility specializes in developing individualized treatment plans customized for each child’s unique needs. Whether it’s improving sensory processing skills, handwriting, mobility, self-regulation, developmental delays, motor coordination, speech sound production, stuttering, feeding, language deficits, social skills, or other needs, the compassionate team in Algonquin is here to help.  

“We have always wanted to open a space in the northwest suburbs and seized the opportunity to make our services more accessible to children in that area,” said Jaime Passaglia, Regional Director. “The Little Steps Team is excited to be a part of the Algonquin and McHenry County Community. We will continue working to reach as many children as we can, step by step.”     

Erin Frazier, MS, OTR/L, Clinic Director, and her clinical team will proudly serve the families of Algonquin and the surrounding areas.     

“I am thrilled to be opening this clinic in Algonquin to better serve the community here,” said Erin. “I couldn’t be happier to bring a Little Steps location closer to my hometown and community. I look forward to working alongside a wonderful team of therapists and working with physicians and families to help all our kiddos meet their goals.”  

Erin is an energetic and compassionate occupational therapist who has been working in pediatrics since entering the workforce. A Crystal Lake native and resident of Barrington, she has a passion for working with kids.  

 She takes a holistic, collaborative, energetic, and practical approach to occupational therapy. Erin is DIR certified, an SOS feeding specialist, and an Early Intervention Provider. Erin started her career in pediatrics as clinic director at Little Steps Park Ridge and is looking to expand her knowledge and expertise to the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.
