Excitement is in the air as the exceptional team at Peak Performance Physical Therapy transitions to Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy. The new name comes with an updated color scheme, a fresh new logo, and an energizing vibe that fills the clinic. But while some things have changed, others remain the same. Patients can still expect to receive the same exceptional service, highly skilled therapists, and friendly faces that they’ve come to know and love over the past 30+ years.

The transition to Ivy Rehab has been in the works for months, with much planning and preparation taking place behind the scenes. But now, the team can finally celebrate with their colleagues and patients. “Officially becoming Ivy Rehab is a big change for us, but ever since we joined the Network, we’ve felt like part of the family. Now we can officially celebrate this milestone with our patients, referral sources, and community members,” said Joseph Sullivan, co-founder of Long Island, NY-based Peak Performance and current Regional Director with Ivy Rehab.

Sullivan has seen tremendous growth opportunities within the Ivy Rehab Network, despite the challenges in the healthcare sector over the past few years. With Ivy Rehab’s support and available resources, the team has been able to continue to open new clinics and meet the growing demand for therapy services within their communities. “Our patients directly benefit from the advanced treatment methods we have access to,” Sullivan explains.

Glenn Granzin, co-founder of Peak Performance, echoes Sullivan’s sentiment. “We’re excited to officially become Ivy Rehab and to take advantage of all the opportunities that come with it,” says Granzin. “We’re confident that our patients will continue to receive the highest level of care, and our team members will have access to advanced clinical education and leadership roles. It really is a win-win.”

“Our goal has always been to help our patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. Being part of the Ivy Rehab Network for the last several years has allowed us to continue to do that and more. We’re thrilled for our future, now as Ivy Rehab,” adds Sullivan.

The transition to Ivy Rehab is a new beginning for Peak Performance, but it’s one that the teams are embracing wholeheartedly. “As we rebrand from Peak Performance to Ivy Rehab, we’re eager to continue our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and optimal outcomes for our patients,” said Erin Kenney, Ivy Rehab’s Vice President of Operations. “The new name reflects our dedication to growth and evolution. We look forward to continuing to have a positive impact on the lives of our patients.”
